Earthquake Grandad
 | Stay on your cushions until the earthquake ends. |

Five contestants at a time, dressed as old people, enter a room and sit on a pile of cushions each. When they're all sitting, the room begins to shake.
The contestants have to try and stay balanced on their cushions until the earthquake ends, without falling off.

Cowgirl Style
In the couples version; the women have to balance on the back of their partners, who are down on all fours, for the duration of the earthquake. |

Urashima Tar-ooo~!
In this family version; the children have to hold a box and balance on top of their parents, who are on all fours and dressed as turtles, for the duration of the earthquake. This is based on the ancient Japanese fairy tale "Urashima Taro", in which a fisherman rescues a turtle and then rides on its back to an undersea palace, where he is given a jeweled box. |

Contestants are dressed as philosopher Ninomiya Kinjiro, and must hold a book while balancing on their cushions. |
