On go, all the contestants have to leap into a muddy pool and search for small plastic capsules that are hidden inside.
Once they've found a capsule, they must run over to a Reporter who will open it. If the piece of paper inside says "atari" ("success") they win a place in the next round. However, if the paper says "hazure" ("failure") they have to return to the mud and find another capsule.
Only the two Reporters can open the capsules, so contestants have to line up and wait their turn to find out if they've won or not. Only the first 30 contestants to have a winning capsule opened clear the game; so once 30 winners are found the game ends instantly.
