The contestant lies on a bodyboard at a starting line in the sea. On go, the board is pulled along by a speedboat.
The contestant has to stay on the board as it is pulled through two lines of buoys, and then up over a ramp. If they manage to hang on, they then have to wait until they reach a floating finish platform and leap off onto it.
